There are two specialized groups:

• Building Automation and Household Appliances Group. Comprising experts in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Control Engineering.
• Automation in Management and Business Administration Group. Comprising experts in Economics, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, and Automation.

Mission:

Responsible for the research and development of devices, methods, and control software for enterprise management and administration.

Specifically:

• Research and design smart device systems used in building and office automation.

• Develop control methods and software to ensure security and safety for residential apartment buildings.

• Develop digital management and administration software systems for buildings using artificial intelligence.

• Develop automation solutions for business and enterprise management, based on data integration from IoT and SCADA systems.
